As the name implies, this is a simple tool to generate random flights anywhere in the world. Many pilots often fly in the same countries or regions, and the choices we make are always biased in some way. That’s no issue at all unless you really want to explore and find new locations you’ve never flown over before. The RFG can help with that.
The tool uses the scenery database from LittleNavmap which has been populated with the default airport data from MSFS 2024 – so the generator will hopefully always makes suggestions everybody can use. I’ll update the database from time to time after world updates so the RFG has the most recent information.
Update: Added the option to download the flights as flight plans for MSFS 2020/2024.
Update 2: Added data from OurAirports to better determine cities and countries the airports belong to.
